Adela formerly managed technology in corporate America and co-owned a World Gym. She is a certified Evolutionary Coach and Trainer. She is also a certified Reiki Master, Holistic Health Counselor, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. She co-leads a coach training program, The Art of Igniting Potential, and co-hosts a CoachU SIG, Evolutionary Coaching and Leadership in Action.
